Module 1 / Week 1
See your starting point
Start with a diagnostic conversation that turns your current instincts into a clear five-point benchmark, then use selected SH readings, videos, and audio to build shared context.
SH conversation practice
Build a baseline, rehearse with AI sparring partners, reflect on real moments, and then test your progress in a live paired discussion. The goal is not more content; it is a clearer, calmer, more useful way to handle hard exchanges.
Access is invitation-only for staging.
What you get
The experience is designed around the participant: understand your conversational defaults, practise responses safely, connect the work to real situations, and leave with a second assessment that makes progress visible.
Module 1 / Week 1
Start with a diagnostic conversation that turns your current instincts into a clear five-point benchmark, then use selected SH readings, videos, and audio to build shared context.
Module 2 / Week 2
Work through realistic scenarios with an Outrage Mirror agent so you can test your reactions, sharpen your phrasing, and practise staying constructive under pressure.
Module 3 / Week 3
Bring real-world work back into the programme. A reflective AI agent helps you review what happened, spot patterns, and decide what to try differently next time.
Module 4 / Week 4
Pair with someone holding an opposing profile for a live facilitated discussion. The recording is assessed by a silent Steelman agent and compared with your original benchmark.
How the AI helps
Each agent has a specific role in the conversation loop: diagnose, challenge, reflect, reassess, and answer questions from the SH content library when you need grounding.
Creates the first clear map of how you currently approach difficult conversations.
Gives you a credible sparring partner for testing responses before using them with another person.
Helps convert real experiences into specific observations, choices, and next actions.
Reviews the live discussion silently and shows how your approach changed against the first benchmark.
Lets you ask follow-up questions against the SH content library and course corpus when you need context.
